DESCRIPTION

  • MIS comprehension.
  • Documenting historical behavior of client.
  • Maintaining SLAs
  • Upload/Download the orders from the client servers
  • Import the orders into the internal system in order to have a poised flow of production.
  • Acknowledging emails to the client directly.

 

PROFICIENCY

  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good system knowledge and a expertise in MS office.
  • High energy levels, drive and resilience.
  • Ability to work under constant pressure.
  • A smart, hardworking, ambitious, and Ability to Learn, Flexibility & Adaptability.
